Station 270 along with other departments around the county who belong to the Allegheny County Hazmat Team 450 responded to West Mifflin (295 District) for a possible radiation leak. Crews investigated and found no readings of radiation. Hazmat Technicians did find some residue acid and proper environmental agencies have been contacted to dispose of it.
